熱能
削弱室內空間區隔，將辦公、休憩、儲物、會議空間串聯，引入陽光進入室內，將光線與人們匯聚在一處，產生出新的工作”熱能”。

焦點
在舊有大樓的空間框架中，我們捨棄了天花板與隔間，將大型的收納櫃體、牆面、地坪揉合了木皮置於三度空間上，運用它的自然肌理溫潤了場域，適度的加入冷冽的不銹鋼櫥櫃與立面，平衡空間 的冷暖，搭配著自由曲線的線形吊燈及弧形的桌板，試圖吸引住人的視線聚焦。

聚集
藉由空間的重新佈局，讓動線簡單化、直覺化，將一般員工休憩的茶水間與工作區做連結，讓視野開闊延伸，創造出一個舒適的工作環境與輕鬆自在的工作氛圍，跳脫舊有辦公室框架，藉此提升員工工作效能及向⼼力，讓場域中的每一個人聚集在此享受、體驗這空間的新工作型態。

The Heat
The designer weaken the lines of spaces, connecting the office area, rest area, the storage and the meeting room in order to invite the natural sunlight indoors. When gathering people and the sunlight together, we generate the new working “heat”.

Focus Point
With the frame of the old building, we retain original ceilings and reduce the limitation of compartments. Warming the room by the natural wooden texture of the large storage cabinets, walls, and the floor on the three-dimensional space. The cold stainless steel facade and cabinets balancing between the cool hues and the warmth gave it just the right amount of impact. In the end, we decorate with the free-curved linear light and the curved partition to attract people’s attention.

Gathering
Re-arranging the layout, we simplify the flow and make it intuitive. Connecting the employees’ pantry room and working area, not only broaden the view but also create a relaxed environment with a casual vibe. The work efficiency can be improved and the coherence can be achieved when we break down the traditional style of office design. Make everyone enjoy being here and gather to experience the new working style.
